When I search the vault -- no matter \\what client -- the search returns the list (sorted alphabetically, maybe grouped) of all vault items containing the string anywhere in the item fields.
Instead, those vault items whose Name field contains the string should be listed first, because these are much more likely to be what I'm searching for.
