There are sites where multiple "password fields" are present, and even if they are intended for different purposes, LastPass handles all of them as if they were the same data element. I've found two scenarios so far: 1.- Sites that uses three elements to identify/authenticate the user. Instead of the usual userid and password you have an unique id (usually the government id) a username and a password, being the username "secret" and requested in a password field. As LastPass sees username and password as passwords, it stores the last one updated, and when fill the form, it duplicates the entry. 2.- There is an app that configure in a form multiple services, each one with its own id and password. As LastPass recognizes that form as part of the site to which already has a login entry, when the user updates the form to add a new service or change an expired password, all the fields are updated with the same pair id/password. If there is no way to handle these non standard scenarios, at least would be desired that LastPass disable the automatic filling/updating and show some kind of alert informing that a manual handling is required. Thanks, regards.
