The options for MFA are good, but I would like to suggest added Deepnet Security SAFEID and Okta Verify to the your MFA options list. They are both commonly used methods of Multifactor Authentication. Hi LastPass development team,   Recently our company has been experience a number of issues with password autofill in the latest chrome extension update and the Mac menubar app. My feature request is to create a chrome extension and a MacOS menubar app that actually autofill passwords and forms more often than not.   What we are experiencing across our entire team is mostly in chrome and we'll see that login forms or all forms last pass will just draw a blank when it pops up to autofill, we'll manually fill in the login credentials and last pass might 50% of the time offer to update or add a record for a site we know has already been added to the vault.   Other times the extension will completely fail and do nothing except offer a link to the vault. Opening the vault at the chrome extension URI will show that our vault is completely empty. So our instinct is to then search this empty vault which hangs for ~30 seconds uptime 5 minutes before loading any results. Sometimes navigating to the lastpass.com vault manually will provide us with an improved experience, sometimes it won't. I've just reinstalled the MacOS menubar app on my Late 2022 16" MacBook Pro and I'm seeing an empty vault, using the search is slow, we have an upgraded account but the top toolbar shows [upgrade] and [free user] buttons?? Closing the vault window also exits the menubar app weird functionality for a menubar app, I would think the menubar app would remain running in the background when all the application windows have been closed?   I also found it strange that the menubar app requires the safari extension to be installed and enabled regardless of whether or not the end user is using safari as their default browser?? My hope was that the macOS menubar app would act as a replacement for the browser extensions that actually works instead of relying on those mostly faulty extensions. It seems to me like the menubar app performs more poorly and doesn't offer the functionality I expected. As a paying business customer of what I thought was the highest market share password management/autofill software provider, I've been overall disappointed over the last 3 years and my disappointment has increased exponentially so over the last 3 days. At this point it has significantly slowed our business operations down company wide and that is not something we're willing to put up with much longer. I noticed at the time of investigating ways to reach out to your support team this morning a banner across the top of your support portal attempting to manage expectations, something along the lines of "We're experiencing larger than normal call volume…" I can only assume this has something to do with your software functionality taking a sharp dive to barely usable or completely non-functional this past week. Since the latest update, lastpass keeps trying to autofill fields that aren't log in fields. Examples include titles of google documents, email sign up forms on websites (in this case the browser automatically scrolls to the footer where the sign up box is, which is super annoying).  Screenshots of these two examples below (email address removed for privacy). Why don't you offer a dark mode? Both the web vault and mobile app don't have a dark mode which is easier on the eyes and uses less battery on the phone. Under the 'Password security' section of the Vault, there are 'risk' tags associated with all passwords. As a result of the security breach, would you please assist to add a new tag like 'Old' or 'Stale' or 'Recommended to Change' or some such that delineates between passwords that were created/added after the Breach?   I am looking to update all of my passwords but I don't know which ones are potentially at-risk as I cannot update my 500 odd passwords in one sitting. ... Since we have been advised that the latest LastPass security breach was quite serious and we should change all passwords contained in LastPass, suggest that after a security breach, LastPass should grant all accounts full security features at least for a period, so all LastPass users -- free and paid -- might better manage the passwords change process and monitor ongoing security in the LastPass vault.   For example, it would be helpful to find out which passwords have been used recently, so as to change those first, and to delete accounts that have been inactive for a long time.   PS LastPass looks pretty terrible after this breach. I have several situations where I have the same account for multiple sites (disney+/hulu, my work/work's SSO, etc).  LastPass (understandably) recognizes that the password is the same for both sites.  I'd really like to be able to link the sites (or have multiple sites for a single set of account information) so I'll stop getting the alert that I've reused a password.  (As a bonus it'd be great if updating the password for one site could update it for all sites that use the same account in LastPass.)  I expect I'd need to manually link sites but being able to go in once and say "yes these sites have different URLs but they share an account on the back end" would make life a lot easier.  Currently the only way to get LastPass to stop throwing me this warning is to tell it to ignore a site and I *definitely* don't want that. ... So MFA is almost required on everything, if you're not using it you're crazy!   We have no ability to add folders inside the Authenticator app to help sort it out.   Lets say you have 50 MFA accounts, you could sort it out easier with two folders, one for work, and one for personal.   Our vault has it, why can't this be implemented into the authenticator too   Thanks for reading! It looks like the Chrome Mac extension was recently updated. It seems to have lost the 'Search' feature in the pop up window. Often I have several different login options for a given site. And if I have 3 or 5, it's not a big deal. But as a web developer, some sites have 20, 30, or more passwords stored in my vault for a given site. There used to be a way to filter that list via a search, by typing in a few letters. Is this gone? Is so, can it return?  I do realize that you can type in the box that is there an search by username, but a lot of the user names I have are things like account numbers (example: 14678915647896). I would have no idea which client that is for.  But if you could search the "Name" field (not just "username"), that would help filter the list and/or find the item I need, This, unfortunately, is really a deal breaker of sorts. Can you make the UI scale to fit the browser size? I don't really have time to stretch the browser back and forth just to pull up a password. I rarely use the browser larger than quarter screen. Unless some janky website requires it. If nothing else can you make the search bar function while the browser is quarter or half screen? Ultimately you're the gov't and I have to obey your rules. PLEASE allow LastPass to COPY a suggested password. Right now when you use the suggested password to set up a new login you cannot copy the new password as part of the process. What happens is LastPass recommends a second password then saves the WRONG login password and then when you try and log in the site does not recognize the password and you need to reset the password over and over. Just suggest ONE password and allow us to copy it so it this happens we can paste the new password in the site and then LastPass will automatically update and you are good. ... View more

There are many significant places where the NEW experience is a significant step BACKWARDS.  I could list about 10, but the biggest is the disappointment I found after reading that this release was focused on decreasing the awkwardness and clicky-clicky count necessary to do simple tasks.   I am finding that it is more clicky-clicky, often adding 1-2 levels of sub-menus to access username/password, and occasionally making it impossible to access the password.
