I was attempting to recover my account and set a new master password via Android mobile app (Pixel 6). I had biometric recovery enabled for this exact situation and the process was working fine up to the point where I created a new password, entered the 2FA code, and it attempted to submit it - the app would then say something went wrong and to retry.
I retried multiple times without success. I killed the app and relaunched, same issue. I restarted my phone and retried, same issue. I verified there was no pending update on the app as I had the latest version.
I then attempted to revert to the last master password via browser as I had recently changed it. It looked like it was working but it would not take the password even though I know it was right. But doing this logged me out of my account.
I then attempted recovery from a browser as I saw recovery was an option if the extension was in use. I attempted that but got an error saying that the one time password could not be found.
Now when attempting to try recovery on the mobile app to set a new password I am getting a message saying "Account recovery is not available for this email".
Am I totally hosed at this point? I am a Family Premium member and have telephone support but obviously I cannot log on to create a ticket and I have exhausted all attempt to find a support phone #.
