I am trying to recover my master password. I have biometric recovery turned on on my android phone. I log in then
select> settings>"your lastpass account">account settings>change master password
At this point I would be expecting to put a new password in and use my fingerprint to verify my identity. however I am presented with a traditional :
Provide Old Password
new password
new password
How do I solve this issue? Is there even a way I can export my password database in Android, then I can reset my account and reimport?
Thanks.

Hi @jonsamo,
When you first launch the LastPass App you should tap on "Trouble Logging In?" which should appear right below the Log In button, then select Forgot Master Password, Recover Account, and then Recover with Biometrics.

actually @GlennD it is not great ... I did the reset, put in my new password and now it does not recognise my password. if i try the process again I get "account recovery is not set for this email"
Master Passwords are case sensitive, you will need to check how you are entering it.
@GlennD I got the same error message "account recovery is not set for this email" too. How can I reset my master password now?? This is the only way to reset it since I haven't set up one-time passwords.
Hi, I am also trying to recover a password using biometrics. When I click on the "solution" provided it tells me that this feature has not been set up. Are there any other options available?
