The latest update with the fancy graphics flickoff & back from the top left. Maybe, have the app working functionally before getting all fancy. It's hardly working at all!! Was 5 stars. Used for 9 years. Has gradually declined in reliability & function. I'd go elsewhere if setting up new password manager. Unnecessarily poor customer service.
I have exactly the same issue, also I think I remember my master password , that I have changed today, but can't login with it. Is there any way to recover with fingerprint>?
100% agree & people really need to look at alternatives password manager. I'm having the same issue & my account recovery using biometric doesn't even show up. The customer support is abysmal at best
This has affected me & worse I don't even have the recover option using biometric plus "Recover Account", I keep getting the error stating "Account recovery is not set for this email". People should look at alternatives
