Biometric Password Reset - "Account recovery is not set for this email" message

Hi, unfortunately there's no way to access your encrypted data, plus once the account has been reset, data is gone unless you got a backup. Lastpass support related to this ongoing issue, which randomly logs a customer out of their account & the biometric stops working plus for some strange reason there's no log of one's recovery email. This is the time to find a more alternative & reliable service & that's my advice to other users. For me it's the last straw, especially in this age.

Hi Ty12, thank for your reply and suggestion. Maybe no more hope for now!
Do you know anyway that can tell the support to disable maximum failed login if possible? I would ask them to disable for my account only hence I can try more password. I have found the old password, kept in my samsung notes. But for now, I cannot use both old and new master passwords for login. How weird!!!

Hi, no worries. I feel your frustration. I doubt support would disable this feature & I'd think this would automatically be built into last pass system or they would have to address similar enquiries from multiple users. However no harm in trying, but definitely find an alternative password manager provider. This ain't a difficult bug for last pass to fix, they simply don't care.
