Thank you very much. 🙂
Hi, I have 2 phones, I use to enter to the web version sometimes in one cellphone with the internet browser, but in the another cellphone, I use the Android App. Today I use this 2 different methods to log in, but not 2 different ways of devices, but LastPass is asking me to switch. Please correct this as I'm accessing LastPass only by mobile devices.
As it's explained here:

Thanks in advance!.
Hello @wild4run,
Could you try these steps to see if that fixes this issue? In the app, tap Settings > Actions > Refresh Vault & Clear LastPass Cache. Log out and log back in. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the app, restarting your device, then reinstalling.
Hi @RachelO , but what this solution has to do with the android web browser?. So, you are saying, go to the app settings, but the issue is when I go to the web browser android inside my cellphone, so, the LastPass android native application, in this case, nothing has to do with it. Please, tell me any other solution regarding my android native web browser, I think has more sense...
Thanks!
Hi @NERomanello,
Sorry for any confusion, my reply above was to the user @wild4run.
Logging in to LastPass via a browser is considered a desktop device, which is why you were prompted to switch when signing in via a browser on your device. To access LastPass on multiple mobile devices, you would need to install the LastPass app in order to access your Vault data on that device if you've chosen Mobile Devices as your active device type.
