Can’t fully uninstall LastPass from iPhone

I can’t fully uninstall LastPass from iPhone 7plus on iOS 14.

I know have a greyed out icon in spotlight which doesn’t work.

The AppStore has the LastPass app as installed but I can’t click it.

In setting-accounts
LastPass is still listed as my password manager.

Any ideas how I can fully remove this or is a factory reset my only option?
