Can't upload attachments to Secure Notes on Android

Uploading an attachment as simple as a JPG to a secure note does not work. I tried uploading by taking a picture, via an existing file on storage, and even a recording. After hitting save, it seems to encrypt and upload successfully, but after trying to view the attachment, nothing shows up on the list.

Samsung 20+, current updates.

Re: Uploading Attachments to a Secure Note does NOT work

I am a free user, I might be over the 50mb limit.

I've looked throughout the options, but I cannot find where I can see how much storage is have left.

How can I find out what my storage usage is?

Re: Uploading Attachments to a Secure Note does NOT work

I just uploaded an image (photo) from my pixel 4a 5g without issue.

It displayed under attachments as a thumbnail with the numeric id as saved.

I am surprised that the image isn't viewable without first downloading, when viewed on the Chromebook, but the Pixel offered to open it with either of the two photo apps onboard.

Re: Uploading Attachments to a Secure Note does NOT work

Hello,

If you are over your total file storage limit you should see a notice that you are over the storage limit. Could you check that the file you're trying to attach isn't over 10 MB in size, as that is the individual attachment size limit?

Re: Uploading Attachments to a Secure Note does NOT work

I did not see any notification on my S20+ to let me know that my storage limit was met.

Is there a manual way to see how much storage I have left?

Re: Uploading Attachments to a Secure Note does NOT work

In addition and better yet, is there a way we can manage these uploaded attachments? For example, I'd like to delete the files I've uploaded that take too much space.

I'm still looking for a way to see how much storage I have left and for anyone to answer my questions.

Re: Uploading Attachments to a Secure Note does NOT work

Currently there is not a way to view the total storage used, you will only see a notice that you are above the limit, if you do not see that notice you are not above the storage limit. You can see the size of attachments currently uploaded to secure notes, if you had 10mb attachments you could upload about 100 attachments with them all being at the maximum 10mb size.

Are you able to upload attachments on another device, such as through the LastPass extension on a computer browser, or does the same issue happen where the attachment seems to upload but doesn't actually appear?

Re: Uploading Attachments to a Secure Note does NOT work

I am a free 50mb user. And yes, I received notification that I exceeded the limit after uploading via the LastPass Chrome extension.

On the Samsung S21+, the LastPass app version 4.11.17.6051 as of this post fails to show any indication of me reaching the limit. It attempts to upload with an "encrypting" dialogue, and then disappears and closes the secure note. After opening the secure note, there is no uploaded attachment.

Also, I cannot figure out a way to find files that I've uploaded to LastPass. They are all scattered throughout my secure notes. Is there any kind of sorting option to see where  the files have been uploaded? Perhaps by size?
