Thanks for the update, I have passed this information along to our developers about the exceeded limit notice not showing as it should in the Android app to see if it can be resolved in a future update.
Currently there isn't a way to view all attachments at once, to view an attachment you would need to view/edit the specific note that the attachment is attached to, and our developers are aware of interest in more options to view/organize secure note attachments although we do not intend this feature as a file storage solution.
