If I want to add an attachment using the app I am shown tree icons: image gallery, take a photo, record a sound.
This happens for every type of items (secure notes, passports, etc.).
How can add a file from my phone (that is not an image)? For example how can I add a pdf of a certificate?
And how can I download a file to the phone?
Also an answer to a related topic How to access attached files in individual LastPass records would greatly appreciated.
Thanks
its very simple to attach the file from app
1st open app there is option for attachment click and the go where you file saved . open that folder click your file. when you click it will be uploaded.
As I have explained above, I am only offered the option to add an image (from gallery), take a photo, or register a sound.
I can not do what you are suggesting
Sorry, but I can not take a screenshot (because the app prevent me to).
If, while editing a note, I press Attachments, I can see three icon at the bottom of the screen. Each one for the three actions I described. No option to add a generic file.
Hello,
Sorry for any confusion. Currently attaching files via the LastPass app (in both iOS and Android) is not yet supported, only photos and audio/voice recordings can be attached in the LastPass apps and files must be attached using the LastPass browser extension. I've passed this request to add support for uploading file attachments to the LastPass mobile apps along to our development team for consideration in future updates as well.
You can try from pics option it will be uploaded
These are also the sounds I'm looking for on online radio these days
Will be interesting and interesting for everyone
Thanks for the correct response. Please renew request for this attachment feature for phone apps.
Further suggestions to pass on are: 1) To strengthen and generalize the storage of secure personal data such as membership/warranty/id cards with direct scanning AND/OR photocopy attachment -- see new national id scanning technology that solves problem of photo capturing drivers licenses (focus you f***!!!) etc. with multiple intelligent image processing passes. 2) Improve form fill interface.
