Changing device

My active device is an iPhone. New device is android. I went online to change the device on my android and lastpass does not recognize my user name. Now what?

Hi @Tsaub,


Signing in from a new device should trigger an identity verification email to be sent to you. Once you have confirmed it is you, you should be able to sign in again and be successful this time.
