Duplicate entries in the Authenticator app?

Hello, how do I remove multiple duplicates in the Authenticator app?  They all show exactly the same codes. Thanks.

I have the same issue. I have been using the LPA app for years but duplicate accounts are now showing up. These have shown up  around a few days ago.  How can I remove duplicates?

Note that the duplicates accounts date back years.
