I have LastPass Mobile Free and would like to import passwords. I try logging in to LastPass on a desktop browser, dismissing any notice to change your active device type.
But the import option is greyed out.

I'm sorry to hear about the recent login difficulty.
If you cannot access your mobile device associated with the LastPass Authenticator, then you can still request a temporary disablement from Customer Support by clicking the 'Contact' button in the middle of this support page to create a case for email follow up.

I can log in, but I cannot import data. I have Last Pass Mobile.
The import option is greyed out.
