How to contact support?

My country code is not listed in the list and I am not given any other options to contact support including email. How am I supposed to contact the support to solve my problem with transferring the authenticator app to a new mobile? On both mobiles I heve the option to backup to the cloud. However, I don't see an option to restore. On the original phone, authentificator is set as primary and on the new one there are only a few 2FA keys. What to do about it please? Thank you
