This is the problem I am facing right now I didn't know about this new policy
As a LastPass Free user, you do not need to take any direct action at this time. However, if you’d like to continue using LastPass on both your desktop and mobile devices, you can upgrade to LastPass Premium or Families.
Starting March 16, 2021, if you do not upgrade to LastPass Premium or Families, the first device you log in on becomes your active device type.
If you would like to switch your active device type, you can do so a maximum of three (3) times on or after March 16, 2021.
@bazl I'm sorry there is no way to export through mobile devices at this time, but you can ask Customer Support to reset your device type if you create a case for follow up here: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-contact-customer-support-for-lastpass-lp010121

I've asked our team to add one additional device type switch to your account so that you can switch to your preferred active device type one last time. My husband has the same problem, he can't use his account on computer, because he switched to mobile in the last time. He can't speak in English, and he showed me the warning e-mail after he made the switch. Can I ask for him the same help?

I could not find the submit button on your page.
I few days back unconsciously changed my active devices to Computer. I couldn't know that, it was my last time changing devices. If i could understand it i would keep my phone as active and last device for my lastpass account. I am a Older lastpass User and have been using lastpass for more than 10 years.
Now i would be grateful and been helped if there any way to change active device for the last time or given me one more chance to change my active device Computer to Mobile. Please Help me.
