Periodically the Legacy Autofill feature on Android stops working and the 3-dots on the status bar disappear. To re-enable it I have ro go to "settigns - Autofill" then in the Android "Accessibility" settings I have to touch "Lastpass", then I have to touch "Use Lastpass" to disable it, go back to the previous screen, then touch "Lastpass" again then touch "Use Lastpass" to re-enable it. This issue was present in Android 10 and now in 11. Please fix it.
Could you try uninstalling the LastPass app, restarting your device, then reinstalling and making sure LastPass Autofill is enabled in your device's Accessibility settings to see if that resolves the issue?
