LP for Android failing to reach server when saving a change

It logs in properly and is online, but 8 out of 10 times when I make a change to a site it fails to save.

both on Wi-Fi and Cellular

Hello,

Could you try these steps to force a data sync and see if it resolves this issue? In the app, tap Settings > Actions > Refresh Vault & Clear LastPass Cache. Log out and log back in to your account.

When I did the clear cache i got a bubble notification.

When I did the refresh vault, there was no notification that it worked.

I did some testing by updating a site on LP android, forced a refresh vault, and checked on the vault via the webpage.

The update was not on my web vault, and when I went back to mobile the change had disappeared

i then made a change via the webpage, and forced a web refresh, then went back to LP Android, and I could see the change. Although I know I made a change via the webpage yesterday, that when I checked today was not on the Webpage vault or Android.

update, I see the Android LP vault has been updated notification now.  just seems to be delayed.

but still seem to be having issues with saving a change from the Android side, I am getting  a buggle notification saying the request failed.

I also have a support ticket open and have not heard back
