The app stopped working on my iPhone 13 suddenly.
I have Face ID switched on, but somehow it wouldn't recognise the saved master password. Then once I opted for the master password recovery via Face ID, it keeps showing me "Looks like something went wrong". There's no other way to contact customer service and this is frustrating. Does anyone else know how to fix this please?

I suddenly had the same happen to me...I was able to log in fine on my iPhone via the LastPass app a few days ago, but today my password won't work.
When I try to recover my account using Face ID, the red circle spins, but nothing happens (stuck on the "Your Account is being Recovered...We're gathering your info, please don't leave or close the app" part).
I am now seeing that Face ID is not compatible with my iPhone 14 Pro Max anymore and I can not disable it.
