Hi @AllanCrc, welcome to the community.
Are you getting an error every time you try to back up your LastPass Authenticator? Have you tried switching the network you are on? (WiFi vs mobile data)
How did I miss the log option? >_<
Anyways, mine isn't throwing a 404...

Unfortunately, I haven't had a new network to test on.
Jay Deflix, if you haven't already, clear your logs. Then turn on Enable diagnostic logging and try again. Maybe you will get additional info. It seems weird that the only log levels you see are 'debug' and 'info' but no 'error'.
I called support about this earlier and they suggested uninstalling LastPass (not the Authenticator app), rebooting and reinstalling, logging in to Last Pass, and then trying to back up Authenticator again. I got the exact same error so I haven't gotten anywhere with them yet. The person on the phone initially asked me to uninstall Authenticator and I told her I couldn't do that because I can't back anything up and would lose access to a lot of sites.
yeah, that got me the 404 now. I disabled logging, killed it, reenabled logging and tried to sync.
@GlennD: Does your sync work right now? What if you disable and re-enable? Would it help if we sniffed the packets and told you exactly what url was throwing a 404?
So, I got a support ticket opened up.
The last thing they had me try (tell me if you see where the problem is...) was:
Thank you for the feedback, seems that we need to pair LastPass authenticator again,
please login to LastPass from your computer and disable the 2fa
<url removed>, then delete all the LastPass accounts you may have in the LastPass
authenticator app, then enable the multifactor and enroll the app again
<url removed> I've attached a video guide to find the QR code, please
check the attachments.
Obviously the problem here is this makes the whole 'Backup to the cloud to move devices' irrelevant since I'm deleting everything. So, that's great.
But sure, let's try that. As a lark, I set it back up on the old device. No surprise, 404s again.
But fine, I don't have data to transfer anymore, so we'll just use the new phone and set it all up from scratch again.
Hey, while I'm doing it, let's set up cloud backup on the new device.
Hey, I get a 404 again.
@GlennD So, again I ask, if you disable sync on your authenticator and re-enable it, does it work for you? Because it's pretty obvious it doesn't work for some of us. I have two devices. Network shouldn't matter since it's a 404 error which means I'm able to talk to whatever server it wants to talk to. I set up fiddler as a proxy and it isn't capturing this traffic for some reason so I can't tell what url is failing, but if your dev team can't reproduce this error, I'll be surprised. Heck, your support team should be able to repro this too.
