LastPass Authenticator, Unable to Add Accounts Manually on iPhone

I’ve been using both LastPass Password Manager and Authenticator for many years and everything has been working as expected. However, lately I’ve been having issues with LastPass Authenticator where I am unable to create/add new accounts manually. If I create/add a new account via QR code it works fine. But, if I attempt to create/add a new account manually I can not enter anything in any of the fields. When I select any of the fields nothing happens. I’m currently using LastPass Authenticator version 2.6.3.1527 on an iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 15.5. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi @JustinAlias 

There could be a sync problem with the Authenticator there.  If you've already gone through a re-install of the Authenticator app on your iOS device, can you try de-syncing this in your online account settings, before re-enabling it and synchronizing once more?

Thank you for your reply and recommended solution. I have performed an uninstall/reinstall of the Authenticator app. Under account settings, multifactor options I disabled/re-enabled LastPass MFA and also set it as the default multifactor option, but it did not resolve the issue. I looked for the  option to de-sync/re-sync , but was not able to find that option. Can you please tell me exactly where that option is located? Thank you for your help.

You found the correct location to basically turn off LastPass MFA, save, and then re-enable it (the re-sync comes when the authenticator is linked back to your account again).  I will ask around to see if this experience can be recreated internally.
