The updated app will not recognize my master password. My master password still works on the browser version. Is this an issue for anyone else? I'm thinking about resetting my master password. I exported my password file just in case I get locked out entirely. Looks like the app was updated to version 5.20.0 1 day ago. Wondering if this is a major bug, or just something on my end. I have a premium user account, with my renewal coming up in less than a month.
I have the same problem in iOS version 16.2. I cannot log in in this new iOS version of the app when using a business account and keep getting an "incorrect email or password message". I can still log in in the browser extensions in windows. Strangely I can still log in using this new iOS app version when using a personal (families) account.
I've got a similar problem, but with newer iOS version. I'm trying to set up on new iphone, but it won't accept my master password. I can still log in using a browser on the phone and laptop as well as the mobile app on my iPad and old phone. Obviously, I know the password, the problem is that I can't confirm the new device. I've deleted the iPad as a device in my advanced settings and re-verified it with no issues. The confirmation email is never sent for the new iphone. When trying to log in using wifi, it tells me to check my password and try again. When using data, it tells me to look for confirmation email. I keep checking my inbox and junk folder, but it never comes. As mentioned before, the process works fine on my iPad and old iphone. I've wiped the old phone so I don't know what version was running there. I'm fairly certain it was 16.2.1. The new phone is running 16.3
Maybe problem with new version. I'm running latest version on this new phone. I wiped the old phone so I don't know what version that was. Can't find version on iPad, but there's an update, so it's certainly not the latest.
