LastPass on mobile

Hi.

I only use LastPass on my mobile device. But all of a sudden, I can't enter my master password. I know it's right and the hint email I get says it's right. WHAT IS GOING ON?!? I can't change my password either. I'm stuck. Any help? Thanks.
