Lastpass Mobile App log-in issue

Hi, I have been struggling to log in to my lastpass app on my Android phone for the last 48 hours or so. I have successfully been able to log in on Chrome on my laptop and on my phone but the Lastpass App keeps hanging. It asks me for my master password, I provide it and then I am taken to authenticator which I approve. The app then hangs (the bottom bar goes grey and the white dots just pulse) - nothing happens. It is clearly not a password issue.  I have already tried to uninstall and re-install the app and also re-boot the phone etc. Anybody know what to do?

If you have VPN enable, try disabling your VPN.

I have the same issue.

In my case, I believe the problem started after I enabled passwordless login on a browser extension.

Please drop in a reply if you find a solution.

Now I have a bigger issue....

Thought a re-install of the Lastpass Mobile App might resync settings, master password 2FA etc.

However the app I've been using forever "isn't compatible with this phone".

I am not changing my phone, so I guess I am changing password managers and cancelling my subscription.

Try disabling your VPN.  That worked for me.
