I have a Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5g which has face recognition enabled. No matter what settings I use in the phone's settings or the Lastpass app settings, the Log in with biometrics toggle remains grayed out. I tried deleting and re-installing the Lastpass app on my phone and turned the phone off and on. I've revisited the phone's settings many times. I have searched extensively in this community and on the internet and have not found a working solution. There is literally no way to contact Lastpass. Clicking on "Contact Us" or "Support Center" results in an endless loop of directing you from one support page to the next to the community and back to where you started without any hope of finding a solution or contacting Lastpass. Does anyone have a step-by-step set of instructions, that doesn't skip any important steps, for setting up face recognition in Samsung Galaxy S20plus - OR - a way to actually email Lastpass technical support?
