Lastpass recovery w/my face recognition

I can't remember my master password and when I recover with the face recognition- it says recovering and it sits there and says don't log out or leave page but it never recovers anything - almost like it's stuck

I have the same issue here. I am using the free iOS app (V 5.19.0.9065 build 30-11-2022 10:13) and face recognition but it suddenly stopt working. Sms cannot be sent. Two factor tried to disable but it that doesn’t solve the issue for not being able to recover.

I have tried to use the face recognition recovery. It says "your account is being recovered". But nothing happens
