Lastpass won't login on iOS but works on Web

I can use my Master Password to log in on the LastPass web application but not able to do the same on Lastpass mobile app on my iPhone. Currently using the free version of the app.

Does anyone know if this is due to some cache issue or some ongoing bug at LastPass? If it is temporary, does anyone know how to fix it?

I believe i'm having the same issue as you at the moment (https://community.logmein.com/t5/LastPass-Mobile-Apps/iPhone-14-says-quot-Login-Failed-quot-with-cor...). Have you had any luck resolving this?

Not yet John. This is definitely a bug but I don't know how to reach the LastPass team to get this resolved.
