Login Screen on Android Tablet is always in portrait mode

I am using a Samsung Tab 6+. I have installed the LastPass app from the Play store. It works fine except the logon screen is always set to portrait mode even when the tablet is in landscape mode in a stand. Once past the logon screen, the app rotates back to landscape which works great.  Is this something that will be addressed?

Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for your feedback. I've passed this idea for adding Landscape support for Android tablets along to our development team for consideration in future updates. While we don't have an ETA to share our developers hope to be able to add this in to a future update to the LastPass app.

I see this issue hasn't been resolved though it has been over a year, and the tag indicates that the person who did respond is retired. All of the screens on the app rotate fine on my tablet (Samsung A7), but the login page always forces me to use it in portrait mode. Could this please be corrected so auto-rotate works on all pages?

Thanks.

Hi,

I am checking in on the same issue. Using a S7 Tab Plus with a keybaord.  When the login forces portrait mode it's a really pain in the butt.   The Authenticator app also has this issue and does even support landscape mode.

It's been a long time since the first request came in.  I can't imagine this is difficult to update to support rotation on login as the lastpass app supports rotation after the login.

Come on people.

Thanks,

Mark
