I'm unable to login to my vault due to a bug with 2FA.
Every time I try to login with my email+password an error message pops up saying "Multifactor authentication failed". Any method of account recovery gets stuck on the same issue. I still have my password, my Google Authenticator codes and my phone number is linked, but no matter what recovery process I try I get stuck on the 2FA error.
I suspect Duo security breaks it, can anyone from support help me disable it on my account?

Yes, tried forgotten password and account recovery, but still got stuck
I finally managed to resolve my issue, after login attempts the app showed for <1 second an option to select a different 2FA provider (before the Multifactor error appears). So after a few tries I was fast enough to click and cancel the Duo autopush request and switch to Authenticator TOTP codes.
I'm not talking about the Authenticator apps, I simply can't login to my Lastpass vault at all.

This seems to be an issue with the Duo 2FA integration, so I need to disable Duo in my vault settings. But I can't access my vault because I wasn't logged in anywhere anymore (so account recovery also doesn't work):
So I probably need someone from Lastpass support to help me out
