I assume this is probably a security feature or something but I thought I would ask in case I'm just missing something. When I look at my vault on a PC, I can see and search everything: passwords, notes, addresses, payment cards, bank accounts, and health insurance policies. When I look at my vault on my mobile device using the LastPass app, I can only see and search sites, notes, and form fills. I cannot find a way to get to my payment cards using the mobile app.

I have found the issue and fixed it. Apparently, I had too many categories and subcategories for the mobile app to handle. This was partially due to importing from other password management systems over the years. I just cleaned up my categories and folders to have just 16 and now the mobile app shows the payment card category, as well as others that were inaccessible. I hope this helps someone else, too.
I found it...it's hidden. When in vault, all items, click on one of the category headings like --- Favorites --- or --- Passwords ---. Headings are greyed out so you wouldn't think they are clickable. A list categories appears. Click on payment cards. So I suppose if you scroll down when in all items you will eventually get to payment cards.
