Recover password not working on iOS app

Hi,

The recover password via Face ID isn’t working on the LastPass iPhone app. After the Face ID check a error page keeps appearing saying that something went wrong please try again later.

Also the password hint doesn’t work with an error saying that you haven’t proved you are not a robot.

Is this a known error? How do I recover my master password.

Hi @Gavlloo,

The error message you're seeing means that recovery via biometrics will not be possible to recover your account. Please try one of the other possible recovery options, all of them are explained here: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/recover-your-lost-master-password-lp020010

I also had master password recovery enabled through faceID but it is not working and I can't access my passwords anymore, I am very angry
