Restore from Backup

I get this at least every 3rd time, or more, I try to login to Lastpass using Lastpass Authenticator.  This defeats the purpose of Authenticator if I have to restore from backup then enter a 6 digit code every time I login. How do I fix this?

Hi @phongshader,

 

Could you try making a cloud backup of the authenticator (https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-enable-cloud-backup-for-the-lastpass-authentic...), making sure there's a backup, then uninstalling & reinstalling the Authenticator app and restoring that cloud backup to see if it fixes this issue?
