Stuck with Lastpass Authenticator on Android phone

Hi,

I had to factory reset my Android phone am trying to install the Lastpass Authenticator app back onto my phone.
Yes, I do have a Lastpass account.

However, I'm stuck at this screen (see attached picture here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1D3jiKbMzFvBiOpRmuIZ535uVyUT3NlWp)

When I tapped the + button, it offers me 2 options: Enter Manually or Scan Barcode

I chose: Scan Barcode but where is the Barcode to be scanned?

If you previously backed up your 2FA tokens in LP authenticator:
1. Install LastPass app (the password manager, not authenticator), and log into LastPass
2. Clear app data (not just cache) of LastPass authenticator
3. Restart LastPass authenticator, it should ask you whether you want to restore previous backups.

Then you have to manually add each 2FA tokens onto your phone again. The "barcode" refers to the QR code that you scan when you first enrolled in 2FA on each web service.

How can I get the QR code again?

Whichever website(s) you were using LP authenticator with, go to their account management / security page (hopefully you can still log in), there should be a section for 2FA, where you can find a link/button that says something like "add a device". Click that, and you should be prompted to scan the QR code.

Yes, but how do you get LastPass to regenerate a barcode from the Account Settings > Multifactor Options page. I tried to disable and then reenable LastPass Authenticator from within LastPass hoping that that would offer up a barcode but alas it did not.

When setting up the LastPass Authenticator you should get to a step where you can enroll your device with the LastPass Authenticator app: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/enroll-the-lastpass-authenticator-app

There will be a step where you are asked to scan a code from your browser, and the code should have popped up in your browser. If you didn't see the code pop-up, please try again but first make sure all popup/content/ad blockers are disabled within your browser (as well as any other third party privacy extensions or extensions which may block popups) as we have noticed this can cause the code window to not correctly pop up.
