My renewal is due in just a few days, but I seem unable to renew using Google Play. I purchased Premium using it last year, and in years prior, but now I see no method in the app of accessing the ability to pay using Google Play. I occasionally get the renewal prompt in-app, but when I click on "Renew Now" nothing happens. Lastpass also does not appear in my Google Play subscriptions currently.
I did get an email with a link to renew directly with logmein/lastpass but I prefer to keep my app subscriptions as centralized as possible within Google Play.
I have the exact same issue with my personal account and my wife's. App on both devices acts just as OP describes. In addition, navigating to Settings > Your LastPass Account > Account Settings has only the "Change Master Password" option. I can find no way from within the Android app to renew.
Just like the OP, I can find the standard renewal page. But, I'd much prefer to renew with Google Play.
Can you please check the status of your subscription and what options (if any) are given?
@CapnLu It appears your Google Play subscription for LastPass was cancelled, which is why you may not see it listed there currently. If at your subscription end date you cannot re-purchase through Google, let us know and we'll see about sending a custom quote to your email.
