iOS App Hanging on "Your account is being recovere...

I forgot my master password, so i'm trying to recover using Face ID. I have set a new password but then the app just hangs on this page and never finishes.

Any ideas on causes/solutions?

Hi @JacksonBrown,

I do see that your master password was changed on Sept. 15, 2021. Have you been able to log in to LastPass with your new master password? When trying to log in with your new master password what error message do you see?

When I try to recover the master password, my ios app stuck forever with message “your account is being recovered “, can someone help?
