iOS Face ID recovery = terrible user experience

I upgrade from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14 Pro. All my data transferred over--or so I thought. When I tried to log into LastPass, Face ID no longer worked. I entered what I think my master password is, but I may have entered it incorrectly. (It's been so long since I had to type it that I'm not sure I remember what it is.) 

I've been trying to use the "recover account via Face ID" method, but as others have noted, IT DOES NOT WORK. It just spins forever. Can someone please help me?  Thank you!

Update: I found an option to recover my LastPass account via a browser login, but I got this message:

 

LastPass account recovery has failed. Your current browser didn't save account recovery data on this computer.

The issue is that I haven't used LastPass via browser in...about 3 laptops, haha. So none of my current laptops worked.

 

I also left my iPhone on overnight so LastPass could recover my account via Face ID, but when I got up this morning, nothing had changed.

No luck, no reply from LastPass, and no way to login to contact customer service.
