received email for 25% off sale billed annually, but it would not let me add a year to my subscription. Web site suggests logging in with a different email address?

I was just about to ask the same question. However, I wanted to look up the current price and went to the Cyber Week sales page. I found the following paragraph under the different plans and prices:

This limited time discount offer expires on November 27, 2022. Advertised price valid for new users on their first year of LastPass Premium, Families, Teams, and Business plans. Price not valid for renewals or existing customers and cannot be used for other LastPass plans, products, or services.

I guess this answers our question if current subscribers can use the sale price! ☹️

hi there my premim mebership is due up the 25th of next mounth so seeing today that your giving 25% discount on all planes thought I would renew in erly save myself a few pennies but its not letting me do this any help would be much appreciated not going to lie tho it better not be for new costermers only coz being very loyal gose a long way in my book
