All passwords are gone

I have been using the service for about 5 years. About 500 passwords were entered into the system. Yesterday I found out that all logins and passwords are empty. Links to the authorization page in the system remained, but there are no passwords, or there were crayfish with hieroglyphs like this: 풟딈bu匷sn.ڀ

Is it possible to recover passwords somehow?

It helped - revert a change password and all passwords are here back again
