I was asked to reset my Authenticator App today. I did so, now nothing logs in. I cannot login to get support because i cannot log in.
The authenticator gives me a notification. but the timestamp is very strange and i just get a failed popup on accept.
Doesn't work for lastpass app and for lastpass chrome extensions.
Anyone know what to do?

I am having the same issue. I was able to get in and reset my authenticator app, but then when I have been going to login again, it asks me to check my email to verify my device. No emails have come through. Completely locked out of all my accounts and last pass as a result. My phone, web browser, personal laptop. Everything.
I am having exactly the same issue after going through exactly the same process.
So I currently cant get into any accounts because I can't log into Lastpass ... and I can't get any Lastpass support because I can't log into Lastpass
Just to add a +1 to this thread too. It seems like the top three threads on this forum are possibly all the same issue, my identical problem also started yesterday morning after updating my LastPass entry as requested in Google Authenticator, now I am locked out as I don't receive the emails they claim to send.
Interestingly I tried a master password reset out of desperation, and this was successful, and I got a glimpse of my vault as it re-encrypted the passwords, but it asked me to log back in with the new password, and as soon as it did that I was back to square one.
To the various authors on these threads, can you post if you get any response at all from LastPass? I like to think you've all been silently fixed, but I suspect you haven't.

I have exactly the same issue here, frustrating that cannot then contact support as cannot log in. Desperately need this working as unable to work without access. Have sent private message to AshC as per message above, fingers crossed!

I have had same problem - was asked to re pair the authenticator and now no access - 2FA not working and unable to disable , all I need is the 2FA removed ,
SMS is not arriving

I am still experiencing login trouble after attempting to reset MFA via lastpass.com. Sent you a message last night. I think part of problem is I am traveling for business and not on my home computer or network.
