I am also having the same problem - completely locked out of my account - I am a PREMIUM paying member

I have sent my login details as suggested to the Goto Support Manager private message as suggested.

Hello i can't login to respond to you. I have premium account and i need to control lastpass from phone and pc. When i try to login to my pc it needed the authenticator because i had authenticator in my old phone. In the new phone i can't setup authenticator because i must login to pc and take the qr code. So i'm very dissapointed because i can't do nothing. I have lastpass only in my phone. I can't communicate with you because your emails is not responding. What can i do??? PLEASE HELP ME!!! I NEED IT FOR MY BUSINESS

Are you saying your private messages to the contact person mentioned are not getting through?

Has everyone in this thread has their Lastpass 2FA problems solved?

I'm still wating... there has been some delays for me ... but I'm just wanting to hear from others.
