I've never been so frustrated with a product. 3/4's of the time, I can't login. The Authenticator is broken. The mobile app version is so slow that I am effectively blocked from my most important apps. The ticket-based support fires questions and workarounds at me as if I am an IT professional. I've stated directly that I have lost confidence in the product and want help in unwinding from LP. I'm ignored.
LP may be a good product for IT and for power users. For the rest of us, it is a morass. I can't say for sure if the subject line is about me or the product.
