I'm a longtime Premium user waiting for customer support to call and in the meantime hoping to resolve this problem on my own if I can.
I'm yet one more user in a crisis:
1) I replaced my phone but didn't sync my Google Authenticator before wiping all the data off the old one
2) I rebooted my browser and so am logged out of LastPass *and* my email
3) But, after sending me a OTTP by text message, LP says it has sent further instructions to... my email (which I also can't recover because I can't do 2FA there either and the pw is in... LP)
There's got to be some way I can verify my identity to get back into my account. I could lose 10 years of email, it's a really inconvenient time at work, etc...
Would v much appreciate some help from a human.
As you cannot access your email you will need to wait for support to contact you and verify your identity so you can sign in.
