I am trying to delete my lastpass account but keep getting an error: "Something went wrong, account is not deleted!" I see other customers on this support forum have been told it is due to a billing error, please help me resolve this as my subscription has expired and I just want to fully close my account. I have tried using incognito, disabling 2fa, saying I do/don't know my password, and killing sessions. It worked fine when I deleted my other account.
