Can't re-invite Teams Users

Hi! I did a dumb thing. When I created the lastpass for my team, I paid for a subscription and added users to as yet nonexistent mails.
Now when i try to re-invite them - no message comes to the already created email(
What can i do?

Could you try deleting these users from your account (https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/terminate-users-from-lastpass-teams) then re-add them to see if they then receive the invitation email? https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/add-users-to-lastpass-teams-lp010081

We have the same issue. Deleting and re-adding the user has not worked. Any other ideas please?

Hi @SBElement,

 

If you've already tried deleting the users then re-inviting them, could you reach out to the support team so that they can troubleshoot and assist right away? You can access the support phone number through your LastPass Admin Console > Support or if you can't access the admin console you can request a callback by scrolling down and clicking "Contact Support" on this page and entering your business account info and you should then be given the option to receive a callback usually within less than 5 minutes: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-contact-customer-support-for-lastpass-lp010121
