Can´t submit a new credit card

Time has come to renew but my old credit card is not valid anymore.  Every time I try to insert a new card, when I hit SAVE button, an "Unknown Error occurred, try again later" message appears.  And that´s it.  No renewal.

Sorry that error is not more specific. 

Can you try enabling auto-renew in your online account first?  Here are the instructions:

I´m also sorry that the error is not more specific.

I had auto-renewal on, but I have to Update the Payment Method because my old card is canceled - it won´t work.  After filling out the data manually, I get the "error message, try later".   This has been going on for a long time.  Never works.

I recently got an email directing me to the same form but always the error message.

I tried "Renew Now" but doesn´t work either!
