Can't upgrade LastPass to Premium

My CC number was stolen months ago and I deactivated it.  Today I got a notice that my auto renew failed.  I input my new CC information, but nothing happened.

It is very frustrating I can't contact anyone, I can't upgrade to contact anyone.  I have spent more time on this than I should have.  It is crazy that I can't reactive my account and there is no one to help me and as far as I can tell no solution to my problem.

*If your paid account switches to Free for any reason at all or you have encountered a billing issueyou can still open a support ticket:

  • Go to the Support Site
  • At the bottom of every support article there is a Contact Support option, click on it
  • Enter your name and account email address
  • Click on the Submit a billing case link
