Cannot access LastPass after Upgrade to Family Plan

I just upgraded to LastPass family and now I cannot access LastPass with my password.  The home screen starts to come up and then reverts immediately back to login screen. Please help!

Hi @CE3, welcome to the community.

 

I see two failed sign in attempts for your account, meaning the Master Password did not match. Please double check how you are entering it, it is case sensitive.
