I want to cancel my Lastpass Premium Automatic Renewal for some reason. And i follow this page to cancel it on website
But after clicking "Yes" to confirm cancel in step 5, the page still shows that the Automatic Renewal is Enabled and I check my email DID NOT RECEIVE any confirmation email about cancel automatic renewal.
How am i supposed to CANCEL Lastpass Automatic Renewal ???

After some search, I've seen that LogMeIn doesn't manage issue with LastPass here.
Moreover, the only way to resolve it is to contact LastPass support.
In my case, it's only possible through phone call.
Seeing that my CD will be changed before the renewal, I have :
- opted for an account deletion
- chosen a competitor as password solution
- transfer my data there.
There are many other topic about this issue and most users are left alone to resolve it.
I don't wish to pay for this kind of service.

We are looking into the issue with canceling online, for now, you can contact LastPass Support and request a callback and they will assist you. If receiving a callback is an issue for you I can open support tickets for you to have your automatic renewals disabled.

In my case, it should be done: In theory, without an account, I should not be debited in october. If it's the case, there will be a GDPR issue between departments.
