Cannot change Master Password, button won't become active to let me click to change

I have successfully changed my Master Password in the past. Tried to change it on 4 June. The Change Master Password button on the bottom of the page never becomes active and I see no errors in typing my current password, new password, or confirm new password.

 

Why am I unable to change my Master Password?

Besides a browser issue causing the button not to work, it could be that the new master password does not meet the requirements? 

 

A master password must be:

  • 12 characters or more
  • Include at least 1 Upper case letter
  • Include at least 1 lower case letter
  • Include at least 1 number
  • Include at least 1 symbol

Thanks, GlennD. It was the number of characters. My previous password was 11 characters and I didn't think to count since I didn't think LastPass was changing the number of characters. Duh.
